As Client Success Manager I align the communication between our clients and the team on the tools, I am a part of our clients journey from on-boarding through to renewals. I also get to have fun with Client Experience, creating welcome packs, birthday gifts and everything in between.

How did you get into the industry? 

I have worked with many Digital Agency’s including Gorilla Marketing in the past under a different capacity, so it is great to now be a part of an inhouse team.

What’s your favourite part of your job?

Collaborating with all the team, it is great having every function feeding into mine.

What do you like to do outside of work? 

I’m a mum of 2 under 2, so working full time takes me away from them during the week, at the weekend I like to enjoy every second planning exciting activities with them.

When you are pregnant, if you are having a girl, you are also carrying the eggs that will one day become your future grandchildren.

Film is Cruel Intentions, and I’m a sucker for a Real housewives series!

Kenya on Safari. I would love to be able to see the animals in their natural habitat, I don’t think there will be many left within my children’s lifetime.
