Gorilla Marketing provides digital marketing services including but not limited to search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), AI optimisation, performance marketing, conversion rate optimisation and related consultancy services.
All services are provided subject to a separate agreement or proposal between you and Gorilla Marketing. These Terms apply in addition to any specific service agreement.
You agree to use this Website for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Website by any third party. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of the Website.
All content on this Website - including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software and their arrangement - is the property of Gorilla Marketing or its content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws.

Ownership of deliverables produced as part of our services will be set out in the relevant service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment of all fees, intellectual property rights in bespoke deliverables will transfer to the client.
We reserve the right to showcase work completed for clients in our portfolio and marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
All fees for services will be set out in a proposal or service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, all fees are quoted exclusive of VAT. Payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at 8% above the Bank of England base rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
The information on this Website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gorilla Marketing excludes all representations, warranties and conditions relating to this Website and the use of this Website.
